Shan has experienced with food allergies all of her life, and her diet was redesigned allowing her to function at maximum capacity. She avoided dairy, gluten, and processed foods and focused on only natural fruit-and-veg loaded diet.
The Grace’s parents insist on that nutrient heavy diet to build her strong immune system. Even the Grace plays with children who have runny noses and coughs, but unlike those children, she is immune to all of those illnesses.
The suggestion of Shan is to give your children as healthier food as possible until they are old enough, so they can decide what to eat.
