– 3 ripe bananas;
– 3 eggs;
– 1 tablespoon of baking soda;
– 1 tablespoon of salt;
– 3 tablespoons of cinnamon;
– 1/3 of coconut oil;
– 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts; and
– 3 cups of slowly cooked, old fashioned oats.

First you will need to preheat the oven on 350 degrees. While the oven is getting heated you will need to mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl. Then you will need to add the oil and the eggs, and mix them thoroughly until you will get a nice content. Next you will need to add the baking soda, the oats, the salt, the walnuts into the content and mix continuously all the ingredients. Take a bread loaf pan, grease the same with coconut oil, and pour the entire content inside the pan. Bake the content for around 20-30 minutes.
