Once 485 Pounds, Lexi Lost 285 Pounds in 18 Months by Doing These 2 Things

The Lexi’s story might be a good motivation for everyone who has faced a problem with overweight.

Her progress started when she made a choice to do 22 things, walking into a gym and changing her diet. She committed pushing herself for 30 minutes on the elliptical, five times a week. When it comes to the diet she learned how to cook and count calories. Looking back on the left-hand photo Lexi is happy that she had motivated herself to go through that process, fighting for her life, even she didn’t know what she can achieve in less than a year 1/2.

The good point of her success, of course, is that she didn’t do it alone! She was accompanied by her husband, Danny, and they have been on this weight-loss journey together. They have supported and encouraged each other through the tough times and the cravings.  Counting pounds at the end they’ve together lost a total of 362 pounds for 18 months. The most important point in that success story according to Danny was their unreserved motivation for changing their lifestyle and living healthier. So, for everyone who sees that progress, it can be a “spark” to make a change, too.

The main message from Lexi is to love yourself, who you are at the moment, but to love even more who you are tending to be. It is not too late if you start today and your future self will thank you!

#throwbackthursday to 485lbs ago in the same gym. Throwback to the girl who walked into the gym with her head held high. Throwback to the girl who pushed herself to do 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical five times a week and to be the hardest worker in the room. Throwback to the girl who decided she was fedup, started changing her lifestyle & learning to cook/count calories and fought obesity. Throwback to the girl who had to mentally think about so many daily activities due to her weight it was exhausting. Throwback to the girl who decided to fight for her life, if only she knew how much could change in less than a year 1/2. Love who ive been, and love even more who I’m becoming. We all start somewhere, start today!  #goals #motivation #fit #fitfam #obesetobeast #weightloss #weightlossjourney #motivation #fattofit #swolemate #fitcouple #dietbet #diet #selflove #plussize #effyourbeautystandards #fitspo  #countingcalories #motivation #fitness #gym #anytimefitness #fitspo #losingweight #weightlosstransformation #transform #gymlife #fitnessmotivation #diet #thickfit #gym  #transformationtuesday #dietbet #fatgirlfedupsdietbet #extremeweightloss #anytimefitness
