Happy Wednesday guys ? How is your weekend going? Here it's raining quite often so I am at home most of the time and trying out some new recipes. But back to these peppers… ? Probably not the most healthy lunch choice but not going to lie… it is soooooooo good and easy to make! #lunchmealprep #wellnessin1drop #2018goals #oola #oolafitnessgoals Chicken Teriyaki with brown rice and steamed broccoli Ingredients 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces salt and pepper for the sauce: 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoons rice or apple cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 2 cloves garlic minced 1 Tablespoon cornstarch additional: Brown rice steamed broccoli Instructions Cook rice according to instructions on packaging. Steam broccoli. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper and place in large non stick skillet. Cook until done, stirring often. In a small bowl or a measuring cup, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar and cornstarch. Whisk together until there are no cornstarch lumps. Add sauce to chicken and cook stirring constantly, until it thickens into shiny glaze. Remove from heat and serve immediately with rice and steamed broccoli.

New delicious vegan meal ideas for you! ?Last night I did my first February meal prep which you can still watch on my stories. . ?MEAL PREP DEETS: . ?Meal option 1: vegan lasagna with tofu “ricotta” and veggies. I am not a lasagna expert and realize my noodles look a little weird but it tastes AMAZING. It gave me 6 servings total. Recipe goes up tomorrow. . ?Meal option 2: easy Mexican quinoa with lots of veggies, cilantro and avocado. I made it in one pot and it gave me 3 servings. ?The avocado was placed for the photos- after taking the pic I store them properly. Recipe will be up on Friday! . ⏰Btw I got this done in exactly 2 hours (and two This Is Us episodes lol). Not bad for nine meals!!! . ❓Questions about this prep? Drop them below!

*2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces *1 tbsp garlic powder *1 tbsp red chili flakes *1 tbsp onion powder *a few tablespoons of olive oil *3 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced *5-6 cups broccoli florets *coarse sea salt and freshly cracked pepper *avocado / hummus / lemon juice / chives / olive oil for serving Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Drizzle the chicken with some olive oil and toss with the garlic, chili flakes and onion powder. Store in the fridge for 30 minutes. On 3 small baking sheets arrange the chicken, broccoli and sweet potatoes on each one. Drizzle with oil and salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes then remove chicken and broccoli. Cook sweet potatoes for another 15 minutes or until cooked. Marinate the chicken Ni sgt2 membantu to pile up the flavours even chicken tu kt simpan for many days And yg paling penting, do not overcook the chicken breast Kalau overcook, dia jd dry.. xbest dah.. lps tu nanti kt nak reheat lg la jd x sedap . For Pasta, ain just boil mcm biasa smpai lembut then saute with Chilli & Garlic Oil Yg ni ain perasan after 3 days mcm tu, bila kt reheat, dia jd a bit dry Don't worry.. before mkn tu just perah lime or lemon, it will taste better ? . .
