A 15 Minutes Flat Belly Workout (No-Weights Required)

The majority of the people are many times trying to find an excuse or not finding a time to do their required workouts. Analyzing what people are doing through the day, such surfing internet, chatting with the friends or watching TV you will come to the conclusion that possibility to find just 15 minutes in a day is not a science.

To do the exercises 15 minutes you don’t need to go outside of your home, you don’t need even weights or any other equipment.

This workout is required at least 3 days during a week and the results will be seen very soon, even many people are a sceptic that this is possible for only 15 minutes.

These exercises below target your belly but at the same time, all your muscles of your body will be engaged.

In addition, this workout will increase the rate, which enhances burning the fat and you will feel more energetic after the exercises.

The plan of the workout:

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 reps
  • High Knees – 20 reps
  • Squats – 30 reps
  • Leg Lifts – 20 reps
  • Crunches – 30 reps
  • Squats – 20 reps
  • Pushups – 10
  • 1 Minute Plank

Rest for 60 seconds between the circuits. Perform the exercises at least 1 more time and 3 times a week.
