5 Exercises To Get Rid Of Cellulite On The Buttocks

Place your other hand on the hip and be sure that you are holding your ankles together. Then spread your legs and make sure that you stay in that position for a few seconds. Then you may return to the position as you have started. After the first repetition you will immediately feel the work of your muscles. Make 3 sets of 10 repetitions of the exercise, then change the position by turning up your body on the other side, and repeat the same movements on that side.

  1. Single Leg Squat

Stand on both your feet on the ground so that your back will be in a straight position and the hands in a defensive position. Make the first movement by raising your right leg so that the same will form 30 degrees and try to lower your body by moving your butt towards the floor. Then you may return to the starting position. Make 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions of the exercise, then switch legs, and repeat the movements with the other leg. Although this exercise is quite difficult and seeks maintaining a balance, the same is very effective.

  1. Hydrant Exercise

Start the exercise by placing your body on your knees on the floor with both your hands on the floor too. While your right leg is bend, raise your foot as high as you can, return the body to the starting position, and then raise the leg aside. Make 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions of the exercise, then switch legs, and make the same movements with the other leg.

  1. Squat Jumps

Start the exercise by performing as you are sitting on a chair with your body, so that your hands will be on your head, and the feet are apart. Drive the toes outward slightly, and then push your butt out. At this position your feet need to get flexed until the hips reach a parallel position with the ground. Get up by using your toes and try to stay in this position for several second. Instead of this movement, you may just jump on the peaks and return to the starting position. Make 3 sets of 10 repetitions of the exercise.

Tip: Tighten your abdominals so that you may keep your balance while you are on your toes.
